Acer presented its new widescreen LCD monitor ‘P243W’ dedicated to the family home or small office environment during Computex 2008.
The Acer P243W features an eye-catching design and black glossy bezel and was developed for users who appreciate sleek, stylish displays which give a touch of class to any home or office workspace, while providing dazzling data or media content.

The P243W is equipped with Acer’s innovative FlxArm technology that allows easy height, tilt swivel and rotation adjustments. Adaptable to the best viewing position, the display can be adjusted 10 cm upwards and reach desk level downwards, with a swivel function of 35 degrees. In addition, the Acer eDisplay application enables you to select the view mode of the display content for superior comfort and screen optimisation.

The new monitor, with an aspect ratio of 16:10, allows media lovers and professionals to view multiple applications simultaneously on-screen. In addition the P243W also features an accelerated response rate of 2ms and an advanced digital HDMI port with HDCP support for high-definition imaging and audiovisual signals.
