ASUS unveiled its 22-inch ultra-slim LCD monitor ‘LS221H’ in Korea market during ‘ASUS World 2008′. The LS221H supports 1,680*1,050 resolution, 2ms response time, 4,000:1 contrast ratio and various input ports including VGA and HDMI. No words on availability and pricing yet.

Full HD 22-inch LCD Monitor From Buffalo

If you want to buy a new monitor, a Full HD LCD screen,the FTD-HD2232HSR/BK from Buffalo which will be available in few days.The Buffalo FTD-HD2232HSR/BK will be released very soon and provides a WUXGA resolution (1,920×1,200 pixels), a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, a brightness of 300cd/m², a viewing angle of 170°, and a response time of 5ms. Buffalo’s Full HD LCD screen is priced at around €280.

Mitsubishi 65-inch LaserVue Rear Projection 1080p TV

Mitsubishi’s 65-inch LaserVue 1080p rear-projection HDTV is priced at a hefty $7,000.The TV will be released later this month. Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing for its 73-inch version. As a reminder, the LaserVue is a laser-based HDTV, which uses an array of red, green, and blue lasers to project its image onto the screen. According to Mitsubishi, this HDTV provides a color gamut over 200% NTSC standard, and consumes less than 200 watts.

The new BD-P2500 provides a significant upgrade from previous models with several new key features designed to enhance the premium audio and visual experience. The new high glossy black new player complements any stylish interior and perfectly fits with Samsung’s HD TVs.The sound has also been enhanced by supporting the new HD audio formats (Dolby Digital+, Dolby True HD and DTS-HD HRA) with 7.1 channel output, and the BD-P2500 provides full theater-quality experience.

Samsung’s BD-P2500 is the 5th generation Blu-ray player equipped with industry leading image processor HQV(Hollywood Quality Video). With the HQV processor, the BD-P2500 offers increased picture quality by refining image projection, even from non Blu-ray formats.

The integrated BD-Live feature however enables powerful internet-connected activities such as multiplayer gaming, e-commerce, movie trailer and subtitle downloads, and social networking. The BD-P2500 also includes USB 2.0 support and 1 gigabyte of embedded flash memory.

Super Slim LCD TV From Samsung

Here is another slim LCD TV from Samsung. The new Samsung 52 Inch LCD TV claims as the slimmest of the 50 inch products and is just 1 inch in thickness. The LCD offers a 50,000:1 contrast ratio and 550 nit brightness, and is scheduled to go into production by 2009.

Samsung has announced a pair of LCD monitors, The SyncMaster 2243Hz and 2233Hz. Both of them are 22-inch monitors with the Enhanced MPA for reducing ghosting effects. No price or availability details as yet. The monitors boast a high resolution of 1680 x 1050 and a dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000 : 1. They have D-sub and DVI with HDCP inputs. They also come with MagicRotation for auto re-orientation when users turn the display.

Philips intros thin HDTV, iPod/DVD sound system

Philips introduced a suite of new electronics at the IFA 2008 consumer electronics show headlined by a new extremely thin HDTV thus far known only as the Essence. At less than 1.5 inches thick, the Essence features a 120Hz 42-inch LCD display with a response time of 2 milliseconds.The CinemaOne is meant for use in rooms other than the living room, such as bedrooms and offices, however. A single HDMI connection supplies the audio and video signals to a connected TV, and the CinemaOne system itself includes four speakers and an integrated 4-inch subwoofer into the main unit itself.

Media is delivered via the integrated DVD / CD player, with an iPod dock, USB port and 3.5mm stereo jack acting as auxiliary source connections. Despite the lack of a Blu-ray drive, the CinemaOne will upscale standard DVDs to HD resolution. Supported media formats include DiVX, MPEG, WMV, PCM, WMA and MP3 files.

While official pricing or release information has not been announced for either new product, it is expected the CinemaOne will launch in France and Germany before the end of the year, with a UK release slated for January of 2009.

Sony introduced new Bravia Full HD LCD TV

Sony revealed 4 new lineup of BRAVIA Full HD LCD TV.

The first LCD series is the XR1, available in 55-Inch & 46-Inch featuring a RGB LED Back lighted panel (Triluminos LED Technology) with a resolution of 1,920×1,080 and provides a contrast ratio of 3,000:1 (up to 1,000,000:1 with a Dynamic Contrast Ratio) and a viewing angle of 178°.
The XR1 lineup is also equipped with the BRAVIA Engine 2 Pro, Motion Flow Pro (120Hz), Four HDMI input, as well as S-Video/Component/LAN/USB Interface.

The new Sony LCD TV achieve a better Image quality expanding the TV’s color range by aligning individual clusters of red, green and blue LEDs, significantly elevating color purity compared to traditional single white LED backlights.
This XR1 series will be available on October 10th for respectively 4675€ (KDL-55XR1) and 3750€( KDL-46XR1).

Then we had the W1 Series, available in 46-Inch and 40-Inch and feature the new Motion Flow 240Hz (offering an image-driving speed of 4x), a Full HD Panel, Digital Tuner TV, BRAVIA Engine 2, 24p True Cinema, as well as 3 HDMI input, and every I/O terminal you need: USB, LAN, S-Video, Component….
Our W1 series also provides a contrast Ratio of 3000:1 and a viewing angle of 178 degree.
Available on November for 2500€ (KDL-46W1) and 1800€ (KDL-40W1)

About the ZX1 Series, the world’s slimmest screen with a thickness of 9.9mm according to the Japanese manufacturer, is only available in 40-Inch with a Full HD Panel. It achieves a contrast ratio of 3,000:1, and a viewing angle of 178°, and features the Bravia 1080 Wireless Technology, the BRAVIA Engine 2, the Motion Flow 120Hz, 24pTrue Cinema.
Available on November for about 3000€ (KDL-40ZX1)

Lastly we had the X1 series, available in 52-Inch, 46-Inch, and 40-Inch, it features a Full HD Panel, the BRAVIA Engine 2 Pro, Digital Tuner TV, 24p True Cinema, three HDMI input and provides a contrast ratio of 3,000:1 and a viewing angle of 178°
